Julia Richardson
Director

As Director of Keeping Clients, Julia Richardson leads with passion, purpose, and a deep understanding of what drives long-term client relationships. With more than 20 years of experience across mortgage broking and insurance broking, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and genuine care to everything she does.

Her career began working closely with brokers, where she developed an appreciation for the challenges of maintaining lasting client connections. After a decade in insurance broking, an industry where client loyalty is everything, Julia returned to the mortgage space, joining Keeping Clients in 2019.

Now at the helm following founder Tracey Dean’s semi-retirement, Julia continues to champion the company’s mission: making it simple for brokers to stay meaningfully connected with their clients, year after year. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to excellence, relationships, and results.

Outside of work, Julia is a proud mum of two girls and an avid football player, taking to the field in both winter and summer competitions. Her energy, teamwork, and drive on the pitch reflect the same values she brings to her role at Keeping Clients.


Tracey Dean
Client Relationship Manager

Tracey is the founder of Keeping Clients and was inspired to create the business after managing a successful mortgage brokerage in the early 2000s, following an earlier career in microbiology, chemical instrumentation, and research. Over the 15 years of managing the brokerage, she developed a deep understanding of the property finance industry and the importance of ongoing client relationships throughout the life of a loan. Her contribution helped the brokerage become both highly successful and nationally award-winning. Tracey holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and has extensive expertise in client retention and repeat business.

In April 2025, Tracey took the leap into semi-retirement and now focuses on supporting the team Keeping Clients team with client calls and backend operations.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loves hiking and travelling the world. Her dedication to nurturing and supporting clients shines through not only in her work but in every aspect of her life.


Rebecca Gauci
Client Relationship Manager

Rebecca joined the team in 2021 as a Client Relationship Manager, bringing with her over 20 years of administration and customer service experience.
She holds a Diploma in Finance and Broking Management, a Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Small Business Management. Rebecca is known for her excellent interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing nature, and can-do attitude.

Rebecca loves working in the finance industry and finds great personal joy in helping clients understand loan maintenance and identify cost-saving opportunities. In her role as a Client Retention Specialist, she works closely with mortgage brokers to ensure their clients feel supported, informed and valued long after settlement.

Outside of work, Rebecca is kept busy by her three children with their various sports and extracurricular activities. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, keeping fit, and reading a good book. Her personal life has taught her love, patience and the importance of family, all qualities she brings to her role every day.


Ann Clarkson
Client Relationship Manager

Ann joined the Keeping Clients team in 2018, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
During her career, she has held roles as a Collections Officer and in a range of customer service positions, gaining extensive experience in both face-to-face and high-volume call centre environments. Ann’s strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for helping others have earned her several awards for outstanding customer service. She also holds a Certificate III in Customer Contact.

Ann’s approachable nature and strong communication skills make her a key part of supporting brokers in maintaining lasting relationships with their clients.

Ann is actively involved in her local community and has dedicated many years to her children’s primary school P&C association, serving in various roles including Treasurer, Canteen Treasurer, President, Vice President and Executive Member.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her four children and can often be found driving them from one activity to the next. She enjoys going to the gym and has a strong passion for netball, which she plays for fun and shares with her daughters. the importance of family, all qualities she brings to her role every day.


Louise Ryan
Client Relationship Manager

Louise joined the Keeping Clients team in 2019, bringing with her strong administrative experience, exceptional customer care and outstanding communication skills.

She holds a Certificate IV in Small Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts). Louise is known for her bubbly personality, creativity and can-do attitude.

She loves a challenge and approaches every task with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence. In her role, Louise enjoys supporting brokers by ensuring their clients receive warm, professional service and feel valued throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys expressing her creativity through her artwork, a passion that mirrors the enthusiasm and attention to detail she brings to her role.


Jennifer Wager
Client Relationship Manager

Jennifer joined the team in 2015 as a Client Relationship Manager, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry across a variety of administrative and customer service roles.
She is known for her engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing a positive client experience.

Jennifer takes great pride in delivering outstanding service and enjoys the challenge of problem-solving and troubleshooting to ensure clients are well supported. She enjoys building long-term relationships with brokers and their clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication that strengthens loyalty and trust.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with her grandchildren, watching her beloved Sydney Swans in the AFL and enjoying outdoor adventures and gardening. Her enthusiasm, warmth, and dedication to client care make her a valued member of the team and a trusted point of contact for clients.


Sandra Sultana
Client Relationship Manager

Sandra joined the team in 2022, bringing with her a strong background in accounts and administration, having previously worked as an Accounts Clerk and Administration Officer. While she did not initially come from a finance-specific background, Sandra has developed a strong understanding of the finance industry and client loan maintenance processes.

In her role, Sandra works closely with mortgage brokers by making client calls on their behalf, helping to maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for review and ensure clients feel supported and valued long after settlement. She is known for her professional manner, attention to detail and consistent approach to client communication.

Outside of work, Sandra is a proud mother of two boys who are both very active in their sporting commitments, keeping her busy with training sessions and weekend games.
